Glen Dimplex Boilers Warranties

All of our products carry a warranty. The Dimplex Gas Boilers have a market leading, free, no strings attached.... 5 Year Parts and Labour Warranty. This demonstrates our committment to quality of manufacture and performance to our customers. The products warranty period will be shown on the warranty card that can be found in your product's literature pack within the box.

In order to benefit from your warranty, you must register your boiler/cylinder within 30 days of installation. This will allow us to provide you with prompt and efficient after-sales service in the unlikely event that the product fails.

Please be aware that the system audit mentioned on the warranty leaflet is no longer necessary, although we insist it is the duty of installer that the system and installation follows best practice and all current legislation. The boiler must be serviced annually and the benchmark booklet completed. Failure to comply with these condition will invalidate your warranty.

Dimplex Gas Boilers

  • This warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of installation
  • Register your boiler immediately by sending the attached registration form to us or call us on (UK) 0844 371 1121 or (Ireland) 01-8428222.
  • Your boilers benchmark book must be completed by your installer including their Registered details - Please Keep This Benchmark Logbook with you - DO NOT send
  • Your boiler needs to be serviced annually by a Gas Registered Service Engineer
  • Failure to comply with this condition will render the five year warranty null and void. 
  • Please be aware that the warranty is only applicable to a single home residential use and does not cover commercial use of the boiler in applications such as schools, restaurants, hospitals, district heating schemes etc.

Halstead Gas Boilers

  • This warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of installation
  • Register your boiler immediately by sending the attached registration form to us or call us on 0844 371 1111
  • Your boilers benchmark book must be completed by your installer including Gas Safe details - Please Keep This Benchmark Logbook with you - DO NOT send it to us!
  • Your boiler needs to be serviced annually by a Gas Safe Registered Service Engineer
  • Failure to comply with this condition will render the two year warranty null and void.
  • Please be aware that the warranty is only applicable to a single home residential use and does not cover commercial use of the boiler in applications such as schools, restaurants, hospitals, district heating schemes etc.

iHeat Gas Boilers - Sedbuk A models

  • This guarantee is valid for 10 years from the date of installation
  • You must have your boiler serviced annually throughout its lifetime to maintain your lifetime guarantee.
  • The service needs to be carried out by a Glen Dimplex Boilers (GDHA) engineer. Any work carried out by a non approved engineer will invalidate the warranty. Call 0844 371 1111 to request a service
  • Please be aware that the warranty is only applicable to a single home residential use and does not cover commercial use of the boiler in applications such as schools, restaurants, hospitals, district heating schemes etc.

iHeat Gas Boilers - Sedbuk B models

  • This warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of installation

Aquastore unvented cylinders

  • This warranty is valid for 25 years from the date of installation for the inner cylinder, 2 years on immersion (excluding the affects of Limescale) and 5 years on other components

CONDITIONS

  1. This warranty is valid for the stated years from the date of installation.
  2. Glen Dimplex Boilers only obligation under the warranty shall be to repair or replace the faulty appliance at Glen Dimplex Boilers discretion. This will be carried out where the fault arises from defects within the appliance, caused by either material or workmanship of the manufacturer.
  3. This warranty does not protect malfunction or damage arising from incorrect installation, commissioning or maintenance procedures, as laid out in the installation handbook, inefficient flue system, poor or incorrect electricity, wrong gas supply or pressure, tampering by inexperienced persons and any other cause not directly due to manufacture.
  4. Glen Dimplex Boilers cannot accept responsibility for any costs arising from repair or maintenance carried out by any third party.
  5. Service under the guarantee does not affect the expiry date of the warranty. The warranty on parts which are exchanged ends when the warranty on the appliance expires.
  6. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
  7. This warranty is only applicable to a single home residential use and does cover commercial use of the boiler in applications such as schools, restaurants, hospitals, district heating schemes etc.
