Once you have purchased your Glen Dimplex gas boiler, it is important to register the purchase so you receive prompt and efficient handling in the unlikely event your boiler requires attention during the warranty period.

Just complete your warranty form within 30 days of installation using one of the following methods. You will need the following information to complete the registration; Make of product, the product type/category, Model/Serial No, Installation date. We will then send you a certificate with the details of your policy.

You must also carry out an annual service to ensure that your boiler runs as effciently as possible. Failure to do this will invalidate your warranty.

Also please be aware that the warranty is only applicable to a single home residential use and does not cover commercial use of the boiler in applications such as schools, restaurants, hospitals, district heating schemes etc.
